Jai-Leta Colvard is an Ambassador of Visalus Sciences. She joined Visalus in 2013 to fight childhood obesity. She is committed to helping individuals become healthier physically and financially by joining the Challenge. She is passionate about helping people transforms their life, health, and prosperity. Jai-Leta is also a Client Relationship Manager at for IBM. She is an MBA Graduate and a Trusted Advisor with over 15 years of experience in leadership, risk management, strategic planning, technical expertise, and problems solving. She has been instrumental in driving revenue for IBM with a 100% renewal rate. Prior to her current position at IBM, she was a Software Engineer who provided software solutions support for external and internal client with IBM software e-business portfolio. She provided technical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise for local and international customer. Her leadership and technical expertise coupled with client satisfaction and revenue growth are aligned with organization goals. During the 16 years at IBM, she received various IBM software certifications. The assignment enabled her to gain experiences in the following areas: technical support operations, global processes, leadership, technical training, and team building. She has received several awards for leadership and technical expertise.
